Classes Offered at St. Anne Preschool
Little Learners Class - Children must be turning 3 by December 31, 2013 and must be partially potty-trained. his is an excellent Class for children who are experiencing a school setting for the first time.
Maximum # of children per day: 12 Teachers: 2
Two Mornings per Week (Tuesday, Thursday - 8:45 - 11:15 AM)
Current Yearly Tuition - 9 monthly payments of $130.00
Concepts Stressed: socialization; Listening; Short Group Activities; Gross motor skills developed through music, art and physical activities; Introduction of colors and shapes. The Little Learners Class uses a theme based program where a new theme is presented each week. All activities are centered around the theme of the week.
Explorers class - Children must be turning 3 by June 30, 2013 and must be able to use the bathroom facilities independently. The children will be introducted to academic skills along with socialization skills. Please click the Exporers Icon and or the Explorers Class Agenda Icon below for further information.
Maximum # of children per day: 18 Teachers: 2
Three Mornings Per Week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8:45 - 11:15 AM)
Current Yearly Tuition - 9 montly payments of $168.00 (Three Days)
Pre-Kindergarten class- Children must be turning 4 by October 15th and must be planning to attend Kindergarten the following year. Children must be able to use the bathroom facilities independently. Five Mornings per Week (8:45 - 11:45 AM)
Current Yearly Tuition - 9 montly payments of $221.00 pe month
Concepts Stressed: Socialization, Listening Skills, Participation in Group Activities, Gross motor and fine motor skills developed through music, art and physical activities. Exposure to all the concepts and skills needed for a successful start in kindergarten. The Pre-K class offers a letter-based curriculum. The children are exposed to a letter of the alphabet each week. Our classroom centers and all activities and daily art projects are based on the letter being presented each week. Math, social studies and science concepts are also introduced to the children. Our Pre-K students are expesed to many concepts - they are not expected to learn everything. Each child works according to his/her individual ability and maturity level.
